David is a commercial litigator with trial and appellate experience in New York state court, numerous federal courts, in AAA arbitrations, and in JAMS mediations.  David has advocated on behalf of individuals as well as Fortune 500 companies such as record labels, financial institutions, and insurance companies.  David’s work experience covers a broad spectrum of substantive areas of the law including commercial contract disputes, copyright enforcement, insurance coverage, insurance fraud, securities fraud, and structured finance transactions.
