Dan has appeared personally on behalf of numerous clients
in state and federal court, handling discovery, arguing motions,
and conducting trials. He represents insurance companies in
coverage matters and insurance fraud disputes, as well as
large and small businesses in antitrust, contract and trademark
actions. Dan has extensive experience with electronic discovery.
Prior to his work at the firm, Dan represented tenants and
tenant groups in Brooklyn. Dan has also lived in London and
Guatemala, and was an attorney on a human rights project in
Latin America.
